Refund and Returns Policy

Return and refund policy

1. Return time

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

3. Non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate care and sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

4. Required proof

For all returns, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.

5. Partial repayments

Some refunds may be partial:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Damaged or incomplete items for reasons not due to an error on our part
  • Items returned after 30 days

6. Refund procedure

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be made automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days.

7. Late repayment

If you have not yet received your refund :

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your card issuer
  • Contact your bank (processing time may be longer)

If you’ve checked everything and still haven’t received anything, please write to us at: support@mediasoft-sa.ch.

8. Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Promotional items are not refundable.

9. Exchanges

We will only replace defective or damaged items. For all exchange requests, please contact us at support@mediasoft-sa.ch and send your item to :

10. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the equivalent amount.

If the item was not identified as a gift, or was delivered to the buyer only to be returned to you, the refund will be sent to the buyer.

12. Return shipping costs

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility and is non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return postage will be deducted from the total amount.

For valuable items, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or transport insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
