Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all orders placed via our online store. They apply exclusively to customers with domicile or registered office in Switzerland.

2. Products and prices

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, advance recycling fees (ARF), packaging and delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and contract formation

The order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed as soon as Mediasoft Group SA confirms the order by e-mail.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 3 para. 1 of the Federal Law on Consumer Protection (LPC), the customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance. This right does not apply in the following cases:

  • Customized products: Items configured or manufactured to customer specifications cannot be returned.
  • Lenovo bundles: Lenovo bundles are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return costs for heavy packages: In the event of withdrawal for bulky equipment, return costs are at the customer’s expense. These costs will be communicated at the time of the request.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made in Switzerland only. Delivery times are indicative and depend on product availability.

6. Terms of payment

Payments are accepted by credit card, PayPal or any other means offered on our site. Payment is due upon order confirmation. All payments are processed via secure systems.

7. Warranty and after-sales service

Our products are guaranteed in accordance with Swiss law. In the event of a defect, the customer is invited to contact us as soon as possible in order to organize a suitable solution.

8. Complaints and customer service

Complaints can be addressed to our customer service department at support@techmarket.ch. We promise to respond promptly.

9. Personal data protection

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by intent or gross negligence. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, technical failures or service interruptions.

12. Modification of the GTC

We reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. The modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

13. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the Canton of Vaud.
